We take care to check all our products for any defects or blemishes before dispatch however if you happen to find a defect or flaw with your product, we offer a hassle-free return process that includes free freight. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you.

Returns process
Our returns process is very simple and easy. On receipt of your prepaid return label, apply it to the package and then drop the package off at your local Post Office.
