Returns and Refund Policy – funparkingsigns

Thank you for purchasing one of our products and hope you are happy with your purchase.
We take care to check all our products for any defects or blemishes before dispatch but if you happen to find a defect or flaw with your product you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Returns process
Our returns process is very simple and easy and is as follows:
To return an item, please email us at funparkingsigns@gmail.com advising us of the issue and we will email you with a Return Authorisation Number.  When you receive the Returns Authorisation Number please post the item back to us by Australia Post to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days

Shipping Returns
If goods are deemed by not to be faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
